I can't find the CLARiSOFT application or the website, therefore it's impossible to say exactly anything about compatibility with Windows 10. I've also checked the Google Search pages for a lead on system requirements and didn't find anything as well, therefore I believe that the software is now discontinued and doesn't support Windows 10 at all.
However, if you have the setup package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 from the list and then tick the Run as Administrator option as well, just to avoid other issues.
How can I download Clarisoft free software? I did not find the download link.

One way to overcome this is by saving the file in a different format and then using another application to print it. Since we're talking about the label, simply export the file to another graphical format and use an image viewer to load it and print it. Most image viewers have a printer module attached that enables users to load images and print them.
For example, use XnView because it has support for multiple image formats, and after it's loaded, go to File > Print and adjust the settings, then you can print it.
